Single-level, open-plan layout with vaulted ceilings and arch doorways — feels bigger than it looks. Sleeping setup: a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk bed room (great for kids or extra guests), plus 2 flexible lounge spaces for overflow.

The kitchen has an island with bar seating, stainless appliances, a Keurig, blender, and everything you need to cook a proper meal — or just prep snacks before you head back outside.

Dedicated workspace with a door for anyone mixing work with the trip. Board games, a large TV, and a Bluetooth sound system for the evenings you stay in.

🚭 No Smoking:
• To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. A $1000 fee will apply for any smoking violations.

🌿 Maintenance Access:
• By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

🐕Furry Friends:
• We welcome your furry friends, for an additional fee of $90 per pet.
• Our home is PET-friendly, but we kindly ask that you clean up after them and be mindful of furniture and flooring.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.
