🏠 Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $2,800 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

⚡ Optional Upgrades:

Late Check-out: $33/hr

🔥 Pool & Spa Heating:
Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice

Hot Tub Heating Only: $50/day heating up to 104F, no minimum days requirement.

🎶 Music: Allowed outdoors until 7:00 PM. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.

📹 Security:
There are outdoor security cameras on the property, recording 24/7 for your safety. No cameras are inside the house.

🐾 Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome for a fee of $60 per pet. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing pets. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.

Mailbox Access:
We do not have access to the property’s mailbox.

By confirming this reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your stay at the property is undertaken at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of all members of your group, including guests, visitors, and any third parties you invite onto the property.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, injuries, accidents, or equipment malfunction.

Certain areas of the property may not be suitable for children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility limitations. Guests are responsible for determining whether the property meets their specific needs.
