We offer extra bedding and towels to accommodate larger groups. Rest assured, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.

There are 3 security cameras in the property:1 located in the side yard pointing out to the side of the house, 1 located in the front yard pointing out to the front of the house and 1 doorbell camera facing the front of the main door. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also 1 noise monitor located in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is monitoring noise decibels but is not recording video or audio.

🏠 Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Pool: $190/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice
Hot Tub Heating: $50/day heating up to 104F, no minimum days requirement.

💦 Spa & Pool:

Spa heating is available for an additional charge, if pool heating is not requested.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

🎶 Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.

🚭 No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.

🌿 Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Certain areas of the property may not be suitable for children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility limitations. Guests are responsible for determining whether the property meets their specific needs.
